2016 Contest Deadline Extended

We have decided to extended our deadline for our 2016 contests to April 1st!

There’s still time to send us your best work! We have no limitations on form or subject matter, though we ask that you familiarize yourself with our journal and our aesthetic before you submit. Please see our Complete Guidelines or our Submittable page for more information.

We offer three $1,000-dollar first-place prizes for fiction, poetry and nonfiction. The judges for the 2016 literary contests are:

Tobias Wolff Award for Fiction: Sybil Baker, Judge
49th Parallel Award for Poetry: Daniel Tobin, Judge
Annie Dillard Award for Creative Nonfiction: Joy Castro, Judge
